Profiles International Uganda (PIU) is the local franchisee of Profiles International Inc. (PII), a Waco, Texas, USA-based firm that provides solutions to a wide range of Human Resource challenges. PII is the recognized world leader in employee evaluation and human resource assessment tools. PIU is a private limited liability company registered in Uganda and owned by two distinguished Ugandan professionals namely: Vincent F. Kaheeru and Julius Kamulindwa. Vincent has a masters degree in Banking and Finance for Development from Milan, Italy, attained in 1995. He has served on boards of several parastatals and in the private sector. His board, executive and senior management experience spans over 15 years. Julius holds a MSc. (Accounting and Finance) from Makerere University and has had more than 15 years experience in the NGO sector mainly as a Finance and Administration Manager. They are supported in the day to day running by a group of other Ugandan experts.  Profiles Uganda started business in March 2005.
