"As PEARL Microfinance Ltd, we have used the services and recruitment solutions of Profiles International Uganda Limited (PIUL) on several occasions to help us in enforcing the reliability of our recruitment process and organizational staff restructuring exercise. On all those occasions, we used the Profiles XT (PXT) a total person assessment tool to get the right people who fit in the company’s job profile. We were able to get a number of reports that guided us in making the right decisions about the people we zero down to.
The tool has been used to assess senior and middle managers who have consequently proven to be the right people for the job profiles hence leading to a dramatic rise in portfolio growth and quality.
